The following is an agreement between BootsnAll Travel Network, LLC., (BTN) and (Author - Name above). Author retains the copyrights in the Work(s). License: The author grants BootsnAll the non-exclusive worldwide right and license to (a) access, use, reproduce, distribute, translate, publicly display, and digitally display the Work(s) on its website at BootsnAll or other on-line venue indefinitely; (b) to sublicense the Work(s) for redistribution, republication, translation and display on the Internet; (c) to edit, revise, abridge, expand or retitle the Work(s), including removing the content as BootsnAll deems necessary or desirable to protect against potential liability. Copyright Notice: BootsnAll will display a copyright notice with the Work(s), identifying the author and year the work is originally published. Warranties: Author represents that Author is the sole author of the Work(s), and that the Work(s) is original and that Author owns all rights to it free of any prior assignment. Author further represents and warrants that the Work(s) does not infringe or interfere with any copyright or right of privacy or publicity, and, will not infringe any statutory right, proprietary right or any other right of any kind. General: This Agreement may not be modified except by a written amendment by BTN. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. The parties further agree that the federal or state courts in the State of Oregon shall have jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of this agreement.
