my canadian friend just can back from hiking (well strolling) with his father in the Ardennes in Belgium.
Great beer and not too taxing hills – they did about 25kms a day for 3-4 days.

If your dad isn’t the outdoor type then somewhere like Paris,London, Prague or anywhere in italy will have plenty of museums and stuff for you both…

BTW, to anyone else scanning over this here blog, my dad and I are trying to sort out him coming along for part of the trip. Off the tops of y’ heads, what do you think would be the best father-son place to go?
