Delay
Well, they happen. Unfortunately, Sean and Chris need me to stick behind a little longer, to finish up some things that we want to be sure are done before I head out.
Hopefully it won't be too bad a delay, though they said they thought it might be up to 2 weeks. I don't think it'll take that long – I hope it doesn't!
In the meantime, well, I guess I can "draft pack" and do some more writing, you know? I'll have to see how we'll adjust my itinerary too. My finish date will probably stay the same, I'll just be starting later so will lose a few days here and there.

Hmmm. Delays happen, but hey this sucks a bit, less time on the road will mean less of an experience for all us booties who are just waiting and waiting to read about your adventure in different countries. Hope things work out and you can leave ASAP. waiting for you to hit the road and do crazy things..

Wait a minute everyone - Doesn't mean less time on the road...just a delay in the start - not necessarily a shorter trip.

Pack your bags and make a weekend trip somewhere, (perhaps St. Peirre; extra points if you know where that is) and then see if hauling along all of your stuff is such a good idea after all.
