Gold market in Florence, Italy
Got a suggestion to check out a gold market in Florence, up around the Florence Bridge @ the River Arno.
I don't like gold myself, but checking out a market like that could be interesting just for the observing... maybe find some folks to chat with as well. What's it like to sell at the market? What are their thoughts on tourists and tourism? Why do they sell gold?
Hmmm... I could also try to develop my haggling skills too.
Dunno. Who knows; might be something worth checking out.

It's called Ponte Vecchio I think. Used to be filled with slaughter houses, but the pig's blood was polluting the river so they were evicted and gold shops moved in.
