Things to do in Portugal: Belem, Lisbon, Portuguese cuisine

Fred Perry writes the Portugal Travel Guide for BootsnAll. He just sent along a couple of pointers for when I'm in Lisbon:

As for Lisbon, I don't know how much time you will have there, but if it's only a limited time, be sure to experience everything in the Belem area. If you have time to go farther north, Obidos and Batalha Abbey are absolute musts. I'll be writing about them for BnA later. And, if you are looking to try Portuguese cuisine, to our mind the best baccalhau recipe is Baccalhau a Bras, and all the cataplanas are good.
