You *must* visit Turkey on this trip.
Preferably on the Fez Bus. http://www.feztravel.com
Go up to any Turk on the street and tell them I sent you, I guarantee that they will invite you in for tea.
If you want, I will *personally* guide you around and introduce you to my friends, most of whom are named 'Mehmet' or 'Ali' (so you will have no trouble remembering their names).
Joe, I insist on the personal tour! And Turkey is defo in the running - say November maybe?
