Napflio, Greece: Getting out of Athens

From my friend Taylor Jane, who spent quite some months in Europe a couple years back:

"If you get a chance and you need a nice quiet place to spend a few day, check out Napflio - it's about a two hour bus ride from Athens. It's a little town right on a bay and it has a big ruin of a castle overlooking everything. You have to climb 1000 steps to get to it, but it is well worth it. Mmmmmm.....real Greek food....... "
